What is ACRS Quality Management Certification?

ACRS certifies client quality management systems as well as construction steel products, offering ISO 9001 certification to AS/NZS 9001.

Who is it for?

For existing clients who have a quality management system that is not certified to ISO 9001, ACRS can offer a combined certification package, providing both a Product Certification and ISO 9001 at the same time.

For existing customers with ACRS Product Certification and ISO 9001 from a different certifier, ACRS can also combine both Schemes.

Combining both ISO 9001 and Product certification with ACRS provides significant time savings on site and frees up management time. It also reduces costs.

How does it work?

Under the ACRS Product Certification Scheme Terms & Conditions, clients must operate an effective quality management system that covers the production and provision of the product being certified, of which ISO 9001 is an example.

However, not all steel Standards mandate ISO 9001. For further information on ISO 9001 requirements and on the Certification Scheme, please contact ACRS directly.

How to identify ACRS-approved steel

All ACRS-Approved Materials are labelled and supplied with the necessary electronic or paper documentation to enable the products to be traced.
